Four packages. What differs is the modules.

The package decides which modules are visible. How many vehicles, entities and users fit is decided by the tier, in the Scale table below — and any package can sit on any tier.

Scale: how much fits inside it.

The package decides the modules; the tier decides the numbers. They are independent, so any package can sit on any tier, and every new registration starts on the Starter tier. Business and Enterprise appear in both lists, and they really are two different things.

Four tiers, with clear quotas.

Vehicle, entity and user limits for each tier. The receipt-scan column is deliberately the same on all four rows: today every account gets 100 scans a month, and that number does not move with the tier. Why there is no price here is explained under the table.

What moves with the tier

  • Larger vehicle, entity and user quotas
  • Priority support

Which modules are visible is decided by the package, not by the tier. The Rental module is a licensed add-on offered on the Business and Enterprise packages, enabled per account.

There is no price here because we have not settled on one — and an undecided number is worse than no number. The billing screen inside the product shows none either, for the same reason. WhatsApp · halo@fleetbiz.id

Questions about the packages.

What gets asked most often before choosing — including the ones whose answer is not yet the pleasant one.

The package is chosen at registration — there is a Package step in the sign-up wizard, and a link from this page carries your choice straight into it. Once the account is running, a Super Admin can move up a package and switch add-on modules on themselves, from Settings → Account, in the Package & Modules panel: it takes effect immediately, there is no payment step, and every change is recorded along with who made it. Moving up migrates no data at all — the new modules simply switch on over the data already there. Moving down is refused for as long as something still depends on the modules being dropped, with every reason listed at once, and nothing is deleted.

There is no price on this page, and that is a decision: we have not settled on one, so any number here today would be a promise we might not be able to keep. Get in touch and we will tell you exactly where it stands, and what your fleet actually needs.

What is the difference between a package and a tier?

The package decides which modules are visible: Personal, Organization, Business, Enterprise. The tier decides how many vehicles, entities and users fit: Starter, Business, Enterprise, Enterprise+. They are independent — any package can sit on any tier — and every new registration starts on the Starter tier. Business and Enterprise appear in both lists, and they really are two different things.

Can the package be changed once the account is running?

Moving up, yes, and a Super Admin does it themselves from Settings → Account, in the Package & Modules panel. It takes effect immediately, there is no payment step, and no data is migrated — the new modules switch on over the data already there. Moving down is refused for as long as something still depends on the modules being dropped, with every reason listed at once, and nothing is deleted: whatever is being given up has to be cleared by its users first.

What is the difference between the Business and Enterprise packages?

Today, none — they carry exactly the same modules, and we would rather say so than invent a difference. What separates them now is the scale you sit at, the support, and the option to install it on your own servers. What will separate them by feature is still a plan, and the full list is in the Roadmap section on the home page.

Can the Rental module be added to any package?

The Rental module is a licensed add-on offered on the Business and Enterprise packages. Leave it off and the whole rental menu simply is not there — there is nothing to ignore.

The Personal package allows only one entity — what does that mean?

Every account is provisioned with one built-in entity that cannot be deleted, and on the Personal package the count stops there. You may still have more than one vehicle; what is limited is dividing them across branches or departments. Moving up a package opens that limit as far as your tier allows.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because we genuinely have not settled on one. The billing screen inside the product shows no price either, for the same reason, and we would rather not print a number that has not been decided. Get in touch over WhatsApp or email and we will tell you where it stands.

Already know which package fits?

The Package step sits at the start of the sign-up wizard — pick the one closest to your situation, or ask for a demo and we will help you make sure before you register.
